If you’re flying into Vietnam, both Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and Hanoi airports offer a Fast Track service that’s worth considering. These two airports are known for long immigration lines, and based on experience, using Fast Track in Ho Chi Minh City helped us clear immigration in under five minutes.
If you have some extra budget, we recommend booking this service for a smoother arrival and departure. While immigration can sometimes be quick, we’d rather not take the risk, especially after a long flight.
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) - Tan Son Nhat International Airport
Arrival Fast Track – US$ 13.99
How it works:
After the plane lands, proceed to the international terminal’s immigration control.
Meet the Fast Track staff holding a sign in the arrival hall (in front of immigration).
Follow their instructions to move through the priority lane for entry and exit procedures.
Once you are handed over to immigration officers, the staff cannot enter the line with you.
Stay within the designated area to avoid interruption of service.

How it works:
Arrive at the designated meeting point at least two hours before your flight.
Check in at your airline counter first, then send a message while heading to the meeting location. Staff usually arrive within 5–10 minutes.
The team can wait for up to 10–15 minutes at the meeting point.
If you are running late, notify them before heading to the airport.
After being handed to immigration officers, staff cannot enter the queue with you.

Notes for Hanoi Airport:
The departure service already includes express security check.
For departures, staff cannot wait with a sign as they do for arrivals.
You will receive a message the day before your flight through your provided contact app. Keep an eye on your messages.
After check-in, go to the designated meeting spot where a staff member will confirm your booking and guide you through the departure process.
