My Favorite Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

If you are visiting Saigon and want a place that balances comfort, location, and good design, here are my personal favorite hotels in District 1. All three are close to the main attractions and easy to move around from.

Liberty Central Saigon Centre

Located right beside Ben Thanh Market, Liberty Central is a reliable choice in the heart of the city. It has a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, which is great after a full day of exploring. The rooms are clean and modern, and yes, they come with a bidet. You can easily walk to Saigon Square and plenty of restaurants nearby, or take a short Grab ride to other parts of the city.

Kin Hotel Dong Du

Kin Hotel sits near Dong Khoi Street and the Saigon Opera House, giving you easy access to shopping and riverside walks. It’s around 1 km from Ben Thanh Market and just 0.5 km from Vincom Shopping Centre. The rooms are well-kept, quiet, and also have a bidet. It’s a good option if you want a smaller hotel that still feels stylish and well-located.

Wink Hotel Saigon Centre

Wink Hotel is a newer option that feels young and fresh. It has a coworking space, 24-hour check-in and check-out, and a friendly team that makes the stay easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s a gym and self-service laundry. The interior design is simple but cool, perfect for travelers who want convenience without the fuss.

All three hotels are in District 1, which means you’ll be right in the center of Saigon. Most sights, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance or just a short Grab ride away.
